Emotions are a part of being a human and forging our souls, shaping us into who we are meant to be. But sometimes emotions can be overwhelming. Fear, doubt, anxiety, or depression can sometimes hold us back from growth. Or maybe you find yourself snapping at others when you wish you were more patient. Maybe you absorb emotions of those around you. There are as many nuances to emotions as there are flowers probably.
Flower essences may be able to help. They are a type of energy medicine, akin to homeopathy, yet different.
Flower essences are energetic imprints of the life force of plants which interact with the subtle energies of the human being, and evoke specific qualities within us. We can say that they work in a similar way to inspirational music or art, which carry meaning through the vehicle of sound or light, while the flower essences work through the medium of water.
Some people are familiar with the flower essence blend Rescue Remedy for themselves, their children and their pets. This is just one of a myriad of blends that can be made.
In this class, we will explore many of the Bach Remedies and start to explore some of the North American flower remedies.
Attendees will have the option of having me blend their chosen remedies into a special formula for them for an additional $10.
Class is $25 and preregistration is required.
