Join us for a rejuvenating FEEL FABULOUS experience on the FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH to :
- unwind from the week

- relax and calm your nervous system

- connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming space

With music and sound , resonating to each chakra, we begin by warming up with gentle body movement connecting us to our root chakra.

Then we will be guided on a journey from sacral to 3rd eye chakra, embracing the healing power of intuitive dance.

ating healing frequensiss As we reach our crown chakra will totally relax and harmonise with the soothing and nurturing vibrations of the gentle sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Japanise Chimes Koshi, Crystal Triangle and creating healing frequencies.

Everyone is welcome , no experience necessary.
