Balanced Circles: Mandala Creation with Crystals & Sound Bath

What to Expect:

• Mandala Creation on Canvas: You'll be guided to create your mandala on canvas, incorporating crystals into your design. Mandalas are circular patterns that symbolize unity and wholeness, and the act of creating them is both calming and centering. The addition of crystals enhances the spiritual significance of your artwork, allowing you to infuse your mandala with the energies you need most.
• Sound Bath Healing: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of a sound bath. The resonant vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, clearing energetic blocks, and leaving you with a profound sense of peace.

• Nicole Hennessy: Certified Life Coach, Therapeutic Art Coach, East Coast Retreat and Wellness Workshop Host, Nicole will guide you through the mandala creation process, helping you tap into your creative flow.
• Jessie Hill: Owner of Hilltop Healing, Acupuncture & Healing Arts, Jessie is an acupuncturist, sound healer, yoga guide, and international yoga retreat host. Jessie will lead the sound bath, ensuring you leave the event feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
