Balanced: An Empowerment Group for Moms

Whether you’re a new mom or a seasoned parent, this group is a space to share wisdom, grow as individuals, and connect with other moms.

These meet-ups are casual and welcoming. Our conversation is open and there is no pressure to contribute if you just want to enjoy the atmosphere. Conversation may be initiated or guided by our Certified Life Coach, Lydia Duncan, as needed. In the past, our discussions have covered an incredible range - sometimes all in one session! For example, we’ve talked about:

• How to advocate for our children
• What hobby should I try next
• Navigating Post-Secondary school for our kids and even ourselves
• Having difficult conversations with friends and spouses
• What is everyone reading or watching right now

We designed BALANCED to work into the lives of moms who have kids in school or daycare. While we love kids, this is a child-free group. Come as you are and be part of a supportive community where you can thrive as both a mom and a person.
