Balancing your Hormones Workshop
At many stages in a women’s life our hormones will affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. The aim of this workshop is to help you better understand your hormones and the impact they may have on your daily life.
Hand techniques will be demonstrated, and plenty of time will be dedicated to learning the hand points so you can practice on yourself or family & friends. This workshop is 75% practical & includes a booklet with theory & practical descriptions.
What you will learn

2. Description of hormones and what they do!
3. Hands – Locating and stimulating the hormonal issues through practical components.
