Event Essentials:
Your army (2000pts)
Dice , tape measure and other gaming equipment

List Submission will be due via the relevant Best Coast Pairings link 1 week prior to each event.
Army Selection and Restrictions:
An army may be up to 2000pts.
No Allies may be taken during army selection
Army lists may include 0-1 units with a total value of 500pts or more,
If an army list does not include a unit with a points value of 500pts or more, a single level 3 or level 4 wizard may be taken.
You may only include 0-1 Level 3 or level 4 Wizard in your army.
All Core units are limited to 0-4, all other units 0-3 for each unit type.
Legacy Army lists will be fully legal for this event.
No unit may have more than 500pts worth of characters attached at any point during the game.
Rounds,Format and Additional Scoring: This will be a three round event, all scenarios with the option of random and fixed game length will be fixed.
In addition to the traditional Victory points scored through a game the following additional victory points can be scored each round.
"The Bigger they are..."
-Any model with the Monster or Chariot keyword that has half or less of its starting wounds remaining at the end of the game will give up half of its starting victory points. In addition any unit above 500pts awards an additional 100 vp for being slain.
"Witchbane"
- Any Level 3/4 wizard awards an additional 100vp for being slain.
"Boots on the ground"
- Any infantry unit with a starting strength of at least 10 and without the Skirmishers special rule awards 50vp per unit to the controlling player if at the end of the game the unit is not fleeing or slain.

Event entry and brief – 8:00am
Round 1 – 8:30am to 11:30am - The Plain of Languille (pg 288 core rulebook)
Lunch - 11:30am-12:15pm
Round 2 – 12:15pm to 2:45pm - The Lonely Tower (pg 298 core rulebook)
Armies on Parade - 2:45-3pm
Round 3 – 3pm to 6pm - The Battle of Pine Crags (292 core rulebook)
Awards – from 6pm
Miniature Requirements:
To compete in the Beyond GT series all miniatures in a player's army must be painted to a battle ready standard as outlined by Games Workshop. Miniatures not conforming to said standard will be removed from play at the beginning of the event at the TO’s discretion. Miniatures must also be fully built, a miniature that does not conform to this standard will be penalised at the TO’S discretion.
