BALANCE IN MOTION: A YOGA & SCULPTURE EXPERIENCE surrounded by "For the Love of Art" exhibition hosted and curated by the Greenhaven Artists in collaboration with The Rye Arts Center (February 6th to February 14th)

• 1-hour free yoga class, open to all levels, exploring the theme of balance with Helene Roy, experienced Yoga Teacher dedicated to sharing an integrative approach to yoga through movement practice and storytelling.

• A 30-minute immersive moment surrounding by the Art Exhibition, and connecting specificaly with the sculptures and creative process of the contemporary sculptor Gaelle Hintzy-Marcel based in New York.

• Booking required
• Please bring your own yoga mat
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
• Open to all levels (complete beginners are welcome)
