Join us for a relaxing yoga session to find balance and focus on your breath.About this Event
Join Carolyn Bailey, Trauma Injury Prevention Coordinator, for Balance and Breathe Yoga. Falls are the leading cause of injury for older adults. This class is designed to help prevent the process of deterioration and loss of muscle mass that can lead to falls.
Beginners are welcome. You must be able to get on and off the floor without assistance.
