This hands-on workshop will teach the beginner baker how to make artisan sourdough bread.DETAILS -
In this workshop, students will master the fundamentals of sourdough bread, including how to maintain, feed, and care for a starter/levain (and the key differences between them!). You'll learn how to mix, bulk ferment, shape, and proof your dough, as well as how to score and bake a beautiful boule. Throughout the 3-4 hour class, you'll also enjoy some downtime, preparing compound butters, tasting various olive oils, and crafting your own charcuterie boards.
Bread Proofing Basket is included in class the cost (you will use this in the class, and take it home. $25 value).
