In this dessert-focused, hands-on cooking class, students will explore the art of cheesecake in three indulgent forms. They’ll start with soft, decadent Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies, then master the classic New York Style Cheesecake with a rich, creamy texture. Finally, they’ll make Cheesecake Brownies, blending fudgy chocolate layers with tangy cheesecake swirls. Perfect for both beginners and dessert enthusiasts, this class teaches essential techniques for perfecting cheesecake flavors and textures in delicious, crowd-pleasing treats.
