Join Pastry Chef Anna @ Chefs In Progress for the sweetest showdown ever! Students will start by creating their own cupcake flavors, learning how flavor choices affect taste, texture, and balance. From there, they’ll bake their cupcakes and move into a Pastry Chef piping demonstration, mastering how to hold a piping bag, control pressure, and create multiple frosting designs like a pro.
