**WHAT THE REUNION WILL LOOK LIKE**
**Saturday 19th April**
For those Baker Families Local and Travelling there will be an informal meet and greet at the Chrescent Head Bowling Club at 12 Noon for anyone who wishes to kick of the festivities early.
**Sunday 20th April**
The Reunion will start at 11 o’clock, we will need to be at the club by 10 o’clock to set up.
Guests will be met at the main entrance by volunteers sitting at some tables with name tags and colored dots,
1. Yellow dots for descendants of James and Ellen.
2. Red dots for descendants of William and Rosanna.
3. Blue dots for descendants of William and Vera.
4. Green dots for descendants of Sergent's.
5. Orange dots for decedents of Avery's
**Family Photos:**
Christine Read has kindly offered to do the Family Photos for the reunion. Glen thinks he my have a green board hidden in his shed that can be written on for each photo session.
Photos will commence at 2 o’clock (14:00 hrs),
1. 1st photo will be of everyone attending the reunion.
2. Second photo will be the descendants of James and Ellen.
3. Followed by William and Rosanna.
4. William and Vera.
5. And then any Families who wish to have their photos taken.
Christine will post the photos on Facebook or if anyone would like photos, she will provide an email address and email photos for them or if they wish she can print photos.
**Monday 21st**
We will be visiting the East Kempsey Cemetery to visit the relatives starting at 10 o’clock, Glen will give a guided tour of the Baker sites and any relatives buried at this cemetery.
Followed by the dedication and unveiling of James and Ellens Headstone, Representatives of each family will be invited to come forward and place a flower in the vase of the headstone, photos will be taken at the unveiling.
**Picnic Lunch**
After the unveiling there will be lunch at the Kempsey Golf Club.
Loma organized Kempsey Lions Club to provide the lunch time catering at The Kempsey Golf Club.
Signs at this stage look very promising, with the Golf Club agreeing to us attending and the Lions Club Catering so long as we purchase our drinks from the Club some details still need to be ironed out.
