About this Event

Mark Astor focuses his practice on helping families whose loved ones have suffered from mental health issues and addiction. He will present a guide for helping those families navigate the legal system, and the resources that are available. The CLE will focus on Marchman Acts, Baker Acts and Guardianships. We are grateful to Mr. Astor for volunteering his time for this presentation which allows us to make this a FREE event for members! Lunch will be provided by the OBA as well. The CLE will be held in jury assembly at the Okaloosa County Courthouse Annex Extension. The course will provide one hour of general CLE credit and 1/2 hour of mental health CLE credit.
