In recognition of America 250, Sacajawea Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, with Lattin’s Cider Mill and Farm, will sponsor an Apple Pie contest at the Thurston County Fair on July 30, 2026. Register online at: https://tickets.thurstoncountywa.gov/f/21
Bring a pie to the fair and get FREE admittance! Present your pie to the Expo Center, sign-in and have a number assigned to your pie between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. Entries will close at 1:30 and judging begins at 1:45. Prize winners will be announced between 2:30 and 3:00. Sacajawea Chapter, NSDAR will award the First-Place winner a $50 check. Lattin’s Cider Mill and Farm will award the Second and Third place winners each a $25 gift certificate.
***The pies CANNOT contain: cream, cream cheese, custard, eggs,
Jell-O, or dairy products in foods brought to the Fair Grounds.
