Led by our Executive Baker Jarrett Chambers, this class will teach each participant the history, science, and baking processes in which to make a traditional baguette. Each participant will learn how to scale, mix, fold, divide, shape, proof, and bake a proper baguette at home. This will be a hands on class with only 20 students maximum. Each student will take home a baguette as well as the ingredients needed to make their own at home.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Class must be cancelled 48 hours prior to class start time in order to receive full refund to your credit card or reschedule the class to a different date. For parties of 4+ please do so 72 hours prior to the class start time. For any cancellation received with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to issue a full or partial refund *. Guests will be able to reschedule a new class to attend by contacting [email protected] for a discounted 50% price subject to availability. If we are forced to cancel an event due to weather or other events outside of our control, Cafe Ficelle will offer guests credit for another class or an alternative class date.
