Bag & Barre class with Pink & Powerful

Hi Pittsburgh ladies! Pink & Powerful is gathering a group of women to check out Bag & Barre in Sewickley! This adorable studio serves the perfect combination of workout: we'll spend part of the class doing high energy, fierce work on the bag, followed by low impact, sculpting work at the barre. No experience required and this is open to any and all women! We will also work to create some carpool groups to make transportation a breeze!
