You must register by using the link or calling the number below.***In winter, some of Illinois’ native birds migrate south, others stay and some birds arrive. Learn about the birds that spend the winter months in our area and how to attract them to your yard. Take a guided hike in the forest to search for some of these winter jewels and return to the nature center for a warm drink and some indoor bird viewing.

The hike will be less than 0.5 mile on natural, uneven terrain. Hidden Oaks Nature Center is an accessible facility.
