Please read and follow all pool rules to help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone:

1. No Lifeguard on Duty – Swim at your own risk.
2. The property owner, host, and event organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
3. Respect the space-throw away all smoking-related waste and personal trash in designated trash cans.
4. Proper swim attire is required at all times while using the pool.
5. No peeing, spitting, or other unsanitary behavior in the pool.
6. No running, roughhousing, diving in shallow areas, or unsafe behavior around the pool.
7. BYOB responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Smoking is permitted only beyond the pool by the deck.
9. Respect all guests, neighbors, and the property.
10. Any damage to the property, pool, furniture, equipment, or surrounding areas caused by a guest will result in removal from the event and financial responsibility for repairs or replacement costs.
11. Guests who fail to follow these rules may be asked to leave.

By entering the property and participating in the event, guests acknowledge and accept these rules and assume all risks associated with pool use.
