By attending this event, I acknowledge and give permission to Brown Sound Project and its members to record, photograph, or video me during performances, events, or behind-the-scenes content.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Usage Rights

My image, voice, and/or statements may appear in content shared across platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social or digital media outlets.

2. Ownership & Distribution

All media captured will be owned by Brown Sound Project, with full rights to edit, use, and distribute the content in any format and medium now or in the future.

3. No Compensation

I waive the right to any monetary compensation or royalties connected to the use of my likeness or voice in the produced content.

4. Global & Perpetual Use

This release is valid globally and indefinitely, allowing Brown Sound Project to use the content without time or geographic limitations.

5. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I may opt out of being recorded by informing a member of the Brown Sound Project team prior to filming or photography.

6. Injury Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that participating in any events, performances, or recordings may involve physical activity or be held in public or private venues. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including the risk of injury or illness. I hereby release Brown Sound Project, its members, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of my participation.
