Steakhouse Double Burger
Steakhouse burger blend, red onion, green leaf lettuce, heirloom tomato, smoked cheddar cheese, dill pickle, served with a side of potato salad

Grilled Venison Bratwurst
Hand-chopped chimichurri, avocado crema, pico de gallo, served with house-made tortilla chips and mango salsa

Smoked & Blackened Pork Ribs
Mango BBQ salsa, half rack, served with slaw and house-made potato chips

Short Rib Quesadilla
Slow-braised short rib glazed with honey and bourbon, folded into a cheese-filled tortilla and seared on the flat top, served with tortilla chips, pico de gallo, and fresh guacamole
