The BBQ workshop, located at Anderson Farms, leads off with James walking you through his self-written Hog Pit curriculum. This portion of the event is aimed at arming you with the knowledge needed to perfect your at-home chops. And if the mere mention of grade school is enough to make you shiver, we get it. Just know that our school operates a little differently. It's more like BBQ Biology taught in after-school detention. Apropos considering that's where he did his best work as a child..
