🏟️Charles is running a backwards marathon! This is going to be a fun-filled day of celebration and we’d like to see as many of you there to support. Your words of encouragement will be essential to get him over the line as 4️⃣2️⃣laps is no easy feat. 🥵
🏃🏻♂️It would be fantastic if anybody wanted to run along side Charles for a lap. Give it a go backwards if you like, we’ve heard it’s good for your knees😉
