Backwards in Heels

Welome to Backwards in Heels! Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with dance, music, and entertainment at the Maumee Indoor Theater.

Five diverse women (Barb, Jean, Marie, Marge, and Rita) meet by invitation at a local university to discuss issues relevant to mature women. Soon upon their arrival, the group facilitator sends a text stating that she is running late. She encourages them to introduce themselves as the women have not met before. As they address the topics in a questionnaire (received prior to the meeting) the women soon realize the similarities in their lives. Through encouragement, a bit of confrontation and song, each realize they found solidarity and courage in sharing with other "Women of a Certain Age".

This musical is intended for a mature audience.
