You've hiked the trails, logged miles, taken a lot of nature pictures, and eaten the trail snacks. You get to your car and hope the adventure doesn't end so soon. You begin to ponder backpacking, only to kick off your boots at home, get busy with everyday life, and say, "Maybe next time." Well, "next time" has arrived. Join us for a day hike and an introduction to backpacking! Our instructor will bring their own packs and gear for participants to get a sense of the essentials! We'll show you examples of backpacking gear and how to pick the gear best suited to you, so you can begin prepping for your own backpacking adventures.
