Explore the falls colors and waterfalls in the Yosemite high country above Hetch Hetchy on this awesome Thanksgiving weekend trip!On this 12.6 mile (round trip) out and back hike, we’ll camp next to Rancheria Creek just above Rancheria Falls each night. We'll have a layover day on Saturday where we can either sit back and relax for a whole day, or we can take a short 5 mile (round trip) hike to Tiltill Valley, a beautiful, seldom-seen part of Yosemite. Did we mention the two waterfalls along the way? This trip has it all, and will leave you wanting to explore more of what Yosemite has to offer.
Our trip will late morning on Friday to give everyone a chance to arrive after enjoying your Thanksgiving. We'll meet at the trailhead at the end of Evergreen Road just past the O’Shaughnessy Dam. The fall air should be fresh, crisp and invigorating as we make our way to our camp for the weekend at Rancheria Falls.
