Join us for an informative and practical Backcountry Clinic focused on first aid, backcountry safety, and essential outdoor preparedness skills. Whether you're a day hiker, trail runner, camper, backpacker, or aspiring adventurer, this workshop will help you better understand how to handle common medical situations in the outdoors.

- Blisters, sprains, cuts, and scrapes
- Poison oak, ivy, and other irritating plants
- Mosquitos, ticks, bees, wasps, spiders, scorpions, and more
- Wildlife encounters involving snakes, bears, coyotes, and bobcats
- Heat exhaustion and altitude illness
- What to pack in a first aid kit (and what to leave at home)
- Emergency communication tools like InReach devices and satellite phones
- Wilderness medicine and first aid training opportunities
