Songwriting is a form of self-exploration and expression, it allows us to reveal our unconscious by giving a voice to our deepest fears, hopes, and dreams. Songwriting can be a wellbeing and self-development tool, facilitating self-discovery, healing, and growth.

COST - This workshop would usually cost £15 for two hours, however we want the arts to be accessible for all and are offering pay what you can.
