Back to the Future

This year has been about researching the arts of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts and going back to their roots. This event is about reviewing those lessons and delving into the innovations and evolution of those arts and how I teach them in the UFS syllabus. Plus, I'll be covering WWII Combatives and showing the links between it and JKD abd FMA with the empty hand and weapons skills.
