We’re taking it Back to the Classics, revisiting the drinks that built the cocktail world and the riffs they’ve inspired. Some sessions will feature original recipes alongside modern interpretations, while others will explore four classic cocktails reimagined with a contemporary twist.
In August, we shift to “Manhattan State of Mind,” a deep dive into one of the most iconic cocktails in history. We’ll trace the Manhattan’s evolution from its classic rye-and-vermouth roots to contemporary interpretations that play with balance, strength, and sophistication.

On-Premise - Please arrive a few minutes early with your I.D. and Eventbrite Order. You’ll be seated, and cocktails will be served throughout the event.
