Revisiting the 1980s even in the Middle Eastern music world is like stepping into a time capsule filled with vibrant culture, fashion, and music. Belly dancers of that era had a rich array of music to choose from, including pieces specifically commissioned for performances and popular songs that resonated with audiences. Come along to this workshop and revisit some of the most popular artists and songs that belly dancers used in their performances, along with an exploration of their potential for a modern comeback.
