Reset and recharge before the school year begins! This workshop combines yoga, mindfulness, and simple nutrition tips to cultivate focus, alleviate stress, and promote emotional and physical well-being. Perfect for students, parents, and teachers looking to start the school year strong and centered. Each child will get their very own survival bag to take home. It’s a workshop you don’t want to miss. The program fee for each child attending is $20, and parents are free. Each child will receive a gift bag with essential tools. Also, there will be door and raffle prizes.
