With school back in session, sports in full swing and the holidays quickly approaching, we want to help you prioritize your health this season at R.M. Flagg! Join us for the Back to School Wellness Event on Saturday, September 21st from 7:30-4:30. We will be partnering with Peak Wellness and other local businesses to bring you a great day focusing on movement, meal prep and nutrition.
With these awesome demonstrations, door prizes and food truck, this is a family friendly event you wont want to miss! Lastly, 10% of our proceeds will be donated to an amazing organization called The Forgotten Initiative that focuses on supporting the foster care community through awareness, encouragement and advocacy!
