Back-to-School Together: Free Family Navigation Event

Families are invited to join Change Collective KY and All Voices Reading Room for Back-to-School Together—a free family event designed to help children and caregivers begin the school year feeling confident, connected, and supported.
While children enjoy story time, character meet-and-greets, coloring, games, fidget activities, and other fun, parents and caregivers will have an informal, practical conversation about navigating school and public systems.
Parents and caregivers can:
✅ Ask school-related questions
✅ Learn about school supports
✅ Discuss how to ask effective questions
✅ Learn what information may be helpful to document
✅ Connect with local resources and support
Children can enjoy:
📚 Story time and character read-alouds
👑 A princess character meet-and-greet
🦸 Captain America
🖍️ Coloring, games, fidgets, and other activities
Everything is free, and all families are welcome.
Children entering preschool, kindergarten, elementary, middle, or high school are invited.
Registration
Space is limited. Registration is required and will close when capacity is reached.
