Come join us for a sound bath to celebrate the balance of light and dark as we head into Autumn. Attune yourself to the energy of balance and how that shows up for you in your life. Maybe this is an opportunity to slow down and find some stillness amidst a busy schedule, or a moment to contemplate the natural rhythms that keep us moving forward, like the balance we find when riding a bike. Whatever balance means to you, may the crystalline frequencies of the singing bowls hold a space for you to be present with all aspects of yourself.
Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, but you are welcome to bring anything you wish to be comfortable. An eye cover is recommended. All are invited to stay after for herbal tea as well!
