As the end of summer approaches and school begins again, it’s the perfect time to prepare simple, natural remedies for the season ahead~
In this hands-on workshop, guests will create their own small batch herbal honey infusion using botanicals traditionally used to support immune health during cold & flu season.
You’ll learn how to pair herbs with honey to create flavorful, functional blends perfect for stirring into tea, adding to warm lemon water, or enjoying by the spoonful when the sniffles start to appear!
Each guest will craft their own herbal honey infusion to take home and enjoy as part of a cozy “back to school” wellness routine.
