Join Adelante Healthcare for our 14th annual Super Back to School Bash! Get ready to kick off the school year with a fun event for the whole family. This event is made possible by Mercy Care and United Healthcare.

What to expect:

FREE BACKPACKS & SCHOOL SUPPLIES:

• For students grades k-12
• Limited to the first 400 participants (first come, first serve)
• Child/student must be present to receive supplies
