Through a thoughtfully guided breath work journey that is both energizing and restorative, together we will create space to release stress and tension, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and calmness.

Whether this is your first breathwork experience or you're already familiar with the practice, we'd love to have you join us. No experience necessary!

A yoga mat or blanket, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable while relaxing outdoors. A journal is optional if you'd like to capture any reflections or insights.
Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself the gift of a little time to reconnect before stepping into a new week.
