Who: Anyone who is vegan-curious, a new vegan, or struggling vegan who wants more mentorship or coachingWhat: Free step by step guidance on how to go vegan and stay vegan with this nutrition workshop for the month of August, a guest speaker, FAQs, and small and large group discussion
Where: Tarantino's
When: August 18th from 12pm-2pm
- 12pm to 12:15pm: Mix and mingle
- 12:15pm to 1pm: Presentation with Adrienne (plus FAQs and/or group discussion)
- 1pm to 1:15pm: Break
- 1:15pm to 1:45pm: Guest speaker (plus FAQs and/or group discussion)
- 1:45pm to 2pm: Closure & Final goodbyes
Why: Continuing education, strengthening vegan resolve through meaningful connections, increasing the vegan community and support system
How: Presentation, a guest speaker, group discussion through breakout sessions, and informational sheet to follow along with
