Looking for a fun, enriching way to spend a week this summer?
Join us for Back to Basics, a FREE half-day summer camp for students ages 11–14! Each morning is packed with hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help campers discover new interests while making new friends.
At Covington Classical Academy, we believe the best learning happens when students are curious, engaged, and encouraged to explore. Back to Basics invites campers to unplug, ask questions, create, and discover the joy of learning through hands-on experiences inspired by the timeless principles of a classical education.
Camp runs Monday 8/3 through Friday 8/7 from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., and families can choose the schedule that works best for them:
🔬 STEM Days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
Experiment, build, explore, and solve real-world challenges through engaging science, technology, engineering, and math activities.
📚 Humanities Days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Dive into creative writing, history, art, and language through interactive lessons and hands-on projects that bring ideas to life.

Every camp day is designed to be active, engaging, and memorable. Whether your child loves asking questions, creating something new, solving problems, or telling stories, there’s something here for everyone.
