Get Back to Basics in this 4 week series for all levels. You'll have 4 opportunities to go to yoga - Thursday evenings from 700-800pm. Whether you are a beginner or coming back to the practice after an extended break, this series will teach you what you need to know to begin a regular yoga practice. Learn the pose names, safe alignment for your body, or just retouch on the basics. Have questions? There will be plenty of time for Q&A and personal attention from the instructor. It will be warm, not hot, and fun, not frustrating!
