Back School on Lifting Mechanics

Instruction will include:

· Proper lifting mechanics for a variety of real life and work related situations

· Education on posture postures to protect the back during activities of daily living

· Exercises to protect your back and work on lifting form.

Your will receive personalized feedback from skilled clinicians on your lifting form. We will work to give feedback and instruction on your specific situations as able.
