Table XII presents Back Into Orbit, a 12-course tasting menu by Chef Rhythm Mahajan — trained at the Culinary Institute of America, with kitchen time at The French Laundry, Manresa, Quince and Anomaly SF, and most recently as sous chef at NAAR (Himachal Pradesh) under Chef Prateek Sadhu.Rhythm and his team take familiar, nostalgic flavours and rework them with wit, sharp technique and clever layering — from an Aaloo Tikki inspired by his mother's Sunday breakfast, to a Gobindobhog Paella built as his personal ode to butter chicken and the idea of home.
