This free-to-attend event is taking place on Wednesday, 15 October 2025, from 10:00 AM at Back Care Solutions, The Old Bakery, Club Street, Bamber Bridge, PR5 6FN. The day promises expert insights, hands-on demonstrations, and the chance to experience the very latest in ergonomic solutions.
Event Itinerary
10:00 – 11:00am · Meet & Greet With Networking
Start the day with refreshments and the chance to connect with fellow professionals.
11:00 – 11:15am · Exhibitor Introductions
Oliver Jones (Back Care Solutions) will host the session and open the day, before welcoming our partners, Steven Howe (BakkerElkhuizen), Andrew Shepherd (Flokk), Malin Amundsson (Mousetrapper) and Henrik Sellberg (Mercado Medic), who will continue the introductions and share what you can expect from the event.
11:15 – 12:30pm · Hands-On Learning Session 1
Get up close with an extensive range of ergonomic products from Back Care Solutions, Flokk, BakkerElkhuizen, Mousetrapper and Mercado Medic. During this session, you will be able to try products for yourself, ask questions directly to the experts, and discover how smarter ergonomics can improve comfort, wellbeing, and productivity.
12.30pm Lunch
1 – 2.30pm · Hands-On Learning Session 2
A continuation of the hands-on ergonomic session from the morning, where you can take more time to browse the new showroom, continue conversations, and explore the latest ergonomic innovations with specialists on hand.
This exclusive event is tailored for professionals invested in workplace health and performance, including HR officers, health & safety specialists, procurement teams, occupational health staff, physiotherapists, workplace assessors, and others.
