About the Classes
Back Care Pilates is an evidence-based approach proven to ease chronic lower back pain and support overall spinal health.
Classes are led by Rachel Hubbard, a Level 4 Back Care Exercise Practitioner and Coach with over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry. Rachel holds a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science, is a Technical Advisor for Pilates and Menopause with YMCA Fit, and is recommended by local physiotherapists and GPs.

Equipment: Mats and resistance bands provided (you are welcome to bring your own).
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in and discuss any concerns.
