Back 2 Roots - Cultural Cooking Workshop

Join The Amani Effect this January for our "Back 2 Roots" cultural cooking workshop as we will explore the island of Saint Lucia through its flavors! During this interactive session, we’ll prepare bakes, saltfish, and brown stew chicken, a variety of Saint Lucian specialties that will come together in a beautiful blend of a traditional dish.

This is a space to celebrate community, embrace culture, and connect through stories and traditions.

What to Expect:

• Hands-on Cooking: Get involved in making a variety of Saint Lucian delicacies. Learn how to bring out the best flavors and create a delicious dish.
• Cultural Significance: Learn about the stories and culture of Saint Lucia
• Community Experience: Connect with others as we cook, share stories, and enjoy the meal together.
