Celebrating the new season for Capoeira Malungos Copenhagen, we have prepared this two-day workshop with a special guest. Mestre Pantera from Capoeira Jogo da Luta - Barcelona

About Mestre Pantera (Edi Ferreira)
Born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, Mestre Pantera is a highly respected capoeirista, dancer, and cultural educator based in Barcelona. His journey began with the group Cordão de Ouro in Belo Horisonte Brazil, and over the years, he has developed his own path. He is founder of Capoeira Jogo da Luta, where he continues to teach both kids and adults in Barcelona- Spain.
In addition to Capoeira, Mestre Pantera is deeply immersed in Afro-Brazilian dance traditions. He leads the group Ilu Ijo Afro, where he merges dance, percussion, and movement with stories of ancestry and resistance. His work reflects a powerful commitment to the roots of Afro-Brazilian culture, expressed through rhythm, movement, and spirit.
With a dynamic presence and years of teaching experience across Europe and Brazil, he offers a unique blend of:
Capoeira with strong foundations and expressive movement
Afro-dance grounded in tradition and storytelling
