This Tuesday (May 2) we are launching a new Bachata Lab class.
I got this information from my teacher from Russia - the World Champion in Bachata this year according to the Spanish World Championship.
In the classes we will break down:
1. The mechanics of chest (spoiler: shoulder blades) and hip (spoiler: knees) movement in basic steps,
2. Musicality (constructing footwork based on the music),
3. A short choreography where we practice footwork and bodywork (lots of upper body movements),
4. Improvisation tools, so you can move freely instead of just dancing memorized routines.
