✨1st Block: Frame & Connection
To start this journey together, we'll work on the quality of the leading and following. We will discuss and train about the different point of connections, the different tension and how to use it
We'll also see how we can improve our understanding of each other during the dance. How our movements can improve our leading / following ?
Then, we'll improve our microsensitivity to be able to change our dance moves between large and small range of movements .
To finish, we will see how to become able to play with all our movements, expanding our creativity and self-space🎨🌀.
🎶2nd Block: Musicality
Now, you know how to lead / follow (almost) everything. Let's change our rythm🎵.
For this part, let's be sure you understand the music 🌟:
The main question we have about musicality is "What can I do ?”
We'll give you all the keys to have infinite creativity for musicality as a leader and a follower
Do we know how to change our dance rythm ? How to keep it clean on a bachata music ?
Let's work on this
After all this, we'll learn how to take the music and also how to be accurate and interesting: What is accurate🎯 ?What is interesting💫 ?
Those 2 topic are very important if you wanna reach the next level, be sure to save some energy to understand all this part
💃🕺3rd Block : Groove & Transition in Sensual
You are now a good leader / follower ! We have a good musicality, let's talk about the last point : personality 🌟!
How can you find your unique way to dance bachata, and how to share it with your partners .
We'll talk about grooving and looking for our own "dance". Have you some background ? Do you like a certain style of movement (trad bachata, Hip-Hop, Ballet, other..) ? We'll dig into it to find YOUR Groove
Then we'll learn how exchange the vibe with each other ! We'll see how we can give and receive differents energies and mix them. The point is : dance to build 3 personalities (Leader, Follower, Couple)
Finally, let's use it in couple and try to apply it to our Sensual movements. We need to find a way to smoothly go into Sensual without breaking all the groove we created🔥
4th Block: Supervised Social Dance
This is your chance to put everything into practice! We'll have a supervised social dance session, where you can try out the movements from the bootcamp with real-time feedback.
