Salsa and Bachata RETURN to the scene and West Coast Swing continues to soar.
Dates: November 5th 12th, 19th, 26th, 2025
Special 4 week Sessions with 3 different dance styles offered:

~ 6:30 - Bachata Part 2 with Luis
~ 7:30 - Salsa Part 2 with Luis
~ 7:30 - West Coast Swing with Carla, Rye, And Rhythm Lounge Teachers

Luis Santiago is back to continue his courses in Salsa and Bachata this month for another 4 week progressive class option.

We are so excited to be able to continue the energy and experience with Luis in November for these more experienced dance classes. Yes, you will need to have experience in Salsa and Bachata BEFORE joining us in these courses in November. See details below.

About the Venue:
Also, please note that the restaurant closed permanently in July and is no longer open for food and drink options. We do bring a few snacks and have water available each dance night, but think of this more as a dance studio rather than a bar at this time.

6:15 PM – Doors Open
6:30–7:15 PM - (choose from 1 of 2 classes)
Beginner Bachata - Part 2 - level 1.5
Prerequisites - please know the basic, the basic forward and back, basic turn for follow, basic turn for lead, maybe a box step, maybe a caricia,
or
West Coast Swing Beginner Course Part 2 - This is week 4 of our “Ultimate 10 week Beginner Course”
Prerequisites - right side pass, left side pass, sugar push, sugar tuck
This is partway through the current course, but an okay night for some NEW dancers to join us.

7:30–8:15 PM (choose from one of 3 partner dance classes):
Beginner Salsa - Part 2 - level 1.5
Prerequisites - please know the basic rhythm and steps in multiple directions, basic left turn, basic right turn, cross-body lead

West Coast Swing - Level 1.75 - with Bree & Robbie, and Carisa
Prerequisites - right side pass, left side pass, sugar push, sugar tuck, whip -
or
West Coast Swing Level 2 - with Carla & Rye
Prerequisites: please know 6 count basics, 8 count rhythms, whips, cut-off whip, sling-shot, turning passes,
Social Dance Parties - 2 dedicated dance floors for your enjoyment: A Latin Dance Mix and a West Coast Swing Dance Mix
Come dance and hang out with your new swing & latin dance family! Practice your moves in a chill, social atmosphere.

6:30 - Beginner Bachata Part 2 - assumes some skills with the basics
7:30 - Beginner Salsa Part 2 - assumes some skills with the basics
Luis Santiago is a 2x World Champion salsa and bachata dancer. He grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. After winning the World Salsa Championship in 2015, his dance career moved him to New York City. He began teaching, performing and competing both at home and internationally. Luis was honored to represent team USA at the 2017 World Games in Poland. In 2019, he secured a second world title with Huracan Dance Company. Luis has coached and choreographed across the globe from Mexico to Japan. His favorite part about latin dancing is developing connection through movement and helping his students grow.
We are thrilled to be hosting Luis Santiago this month for our Bachata and Salsa classes.
