*All Passes need to be prepaid in order to be confirmed!
*Passes & Hotel bookings are Non - Refundable!!!
You can only pass it to someone else, in case you can't make it!
In case of sickness, you can receive a voucher with a specific validity!
*Hotel cancellations are NOT allowed from 1/11 as the Hotel is pre-booked for the festival ONLY.
If anything happens and you can't attend you have to let us know before the 1/11 otherwise the options are 2.
❗️Either someone else that will get your room or pay the full price!!!
*You are not allowed to bring drinks with you at the parties, security will be checking your bags and take them if they find any!!!
*You should keep your bracelet on during it's validation. If it's torn or destroyed, bring it back and we'll change it for you.
If you throw it away before it expires, you'll need to pay for a new one if you want to enter again to the premises of the Hotel!!!
